IV. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy applies in cases where a participant decides to cancel their participation in an ordered training course or fails to attend the course. Cancellation requests will be assessed individually, taking into account the specific circumstances of each case (illness, accident, unforeseen events, etc.).
If the training course is cancelled at least 10 calendar days before the course start date, neither the Buyer nor the Customer will be charged any cancellation fee. If the course fee has already been paid, it will be refunded in full, or an alternative course date may be arranged.
If the course is cancelled less than 10 calendar days before the course start date, the Provider charges a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the course price.
If the course is cancelled on the day of the course or if the participant fails to attend, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. However, this does not apply unconditionally, and individual circumstances will also be taken into consideration. Course cancellation is only possible in written form.

The Buyer or Customer is entitled to request a change of the course date no later than 3 calendar days before the course begins. Within this period, changing the course date is free of charge. The Provider accepts rescheduling requests from a participant without any penalty a maximum of three times. Any further changes are subject to a separate agreement between the Provider and the Customer or Buyer.
The Provider reserves the right to reschedule the course due to objective and unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will be informed without delay.
VI. Audio and Video Recording
The creation of audio or video recordings from any form of training is permitted only with the Provider’s explicit written consent. Violation of this condition may result in a contractual penalty of up to 100 times the price of the respective training course.
